Annual Camp Meeting
JULY 22 – 31st, 2022
Let us honor the Second Great Awakening as we kick off our 157th Annual Camp Meeting. Join us on Friday evening, July 22nd, for a time of prayer, uplifting Simpson Park Camp – as we are led to camp, pray, sing and listen to our itinerant preachers in the historic Nixon Tabernacle. Join in the Ring Service on Saturday morning, July 23rd. Ladies, please join our 13th Annual Ladies Tea on Saturday afternoon, July 23rd. Enjoy nightly ice cream socials giving you the opportunity to mingle with generations and relish the evening message with friends. Invite your family and friends to come on Sunday, July 24th to our Third Pig Roast! Children will love the inflatables and families will enjoy the food and fellowship. Celebrate Heritage Day and enjoy a glass of old-time lemonade during the activities on Wednesday, July 27th! Look beyond our borders during Missions Day, Thursday, July 28th. Witness how God has spoken to our children this week during their presentation on Friday, July 29th. Don’t miss the “competition” during Gordy Games, Saturday, July 30th.
Lodging is available in the Hotel and Lobb Lodge. Campsites are available for tenting and RVs. Meals are available at the Dining Hall.
2022 Daily Evangelists & Missions
We welcome back Zach Cunningham, Zach is the Director of The Salt Company, the college ministry of The Commons Church, in East Lansing, Michigan. He and his wife Mallie moved from Texas to join the Salt Network. Their desire is to be a part of a multi-generational church with a focus on the next generation.
Dr. Ken Nash
Dr. Ken Nash serves as the Lead Pastor at Cornerstone Church in Caledonia, Michigan. Prior to that he pastored at Watermark Wesleyan near Buffalo, New York. He has taught at dozens of conferences around the country throughout his 20 years as pastor and is currently coaching many multi-site church planters. Having written his dissertation on multi-site ministry through his doctoral studies, Ken is well versed in the fluid dynamics at work in this form of outreach.
The Atkin's Family
Missionary Day, Thursday, July 28th
The Atkin's grew up attending Simpson Park Camp. On Missions Day at Simpson Park Camp in 2005, they accepted the call to serve people in Guinea-Bissau. A country located on the west coast of Africa. They have been serving there for the past 14 years. The Atkins run a machining and metal fabrication workshop; they modify, design, and build machines for a variety of development projects, such as streamlining production at the drinking water filter factory. They teach and disciple at the church they attend and build relationships with their community while they share the gospel. They have three wonderful children, Savannah, Nathaniel, and Miriam. Jason and Emily are partnered with Hope Remembered, a non profit that is working in Guinea-Bissau.

Philip and Emily Warda
Philip and Emily have a heart for serving and reaching others through the love of God and music ministry. Philip and Emily currently reside in Pennsylvania, where Philip helps lead worship for The Block Church located in Philadelphia. They have led a bible study at their church focusing on the Old Testament and its teachings. They also collaborate on some music that is shown on Philip's YouTube Page.
