About the Event

Let us honor the Second Great Awakening as we kick off our 156th Annual Camp Meeting.  Join us on Friday evening, July 23rd, for a time of prayer, uplifting Simpson Park Camp – as we are led to camp, pray, sing and listen to our itinerant preachers in the historic Nixon Tabernacle.  Join in the Ring Service on Saturday morning, July 24th.  Ladies, please join our 13th Annual Ladies Tea on Saturday afternoon, July 24th.  Enjoy nightly ice cream socials giving you the opportunity to mingle the generations and relish the evening message with friends.  Invite your family and friends to come on Sunday, July 25th to our second Pig Roast!  Children will love the inflatables and families will enjoy the food and fellowship.  Celebrate Heritage Day and enjoy a glass of old-time lemonade during the activities on Wednesday, July 28th! Look beyond our borders during Missions Day, Thursday, July 29th. Witness how God has spoken to our children this week during their presentation on Friday, July 30th.  Don’t miss the “competition” during Gordy Games, Saturday, July 31st.

Lodging is available in the Hotel and Lobb Lodge.  Campsites are available for tenting and RVs.  Meals are available at the Dining Hall.
